Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and tidying.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be in good physical health to perform caregiving duties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and complete required training programs.
