Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and safe transferring techniques
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain clean environments
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client condition
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Compassionate attitude and patience with elderly clients
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (paid training available)
