Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care for elderly clients including medication management and mobility assistance
- Monitor health conditions and document vital signs accurately
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and personal hygiene
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience with seniors
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
- CPR/First Aid certification and current TB test
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
