Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Operate provided medical equipment safely (hoists, oxygen monitors)
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication
- Transport clients in company-provided vehicles
- Light housekeeping and errand services
- Comply with HIPAA and care plan protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pennsylvania Caregiver certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with provided equipment
- Compassionate demeanor with geriatric experience
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
