Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and light housekeeping duties
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Compassionate attitude and patience with elderly/disabled clients
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
