Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to care team
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (we train you!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature with patience for elderly/disabled
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Basic computer skills for documentation
