Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client condition to nurses
- Assist with light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Maintain accurate client care documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate personality with patience for elderly/disabled clients
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- No healthcare experience necessary – we provide paid training
