Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to supervisors
- Provide light housekeeping and transportation to appointments
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow care plans
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required! Full training provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate personality with strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (provided)
