Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments and prioritize patient cases using clinical judgment
- Delicate precise medical advice via secure virtual platforms while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across specialties
- Document electronic health records with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Manage high-volume call centers during peak hours with exceptional efficiency
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of triage protocols
Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification and current BLS instructor status preferred
- Proven expertise in telephone triage and telehealth technologies
- Exceptional critical thinking skills during emergency situations
- Strong documentation abilities in Epic or similar EHR systems
- Experience with pediatric/adult population triage protocols
- Ability to work independently in remote environment with minimal supervision
