Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Administer medications under staff supervision after training
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide paid onboarding!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Compassionate nature with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills for documentation (training provided)
