Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings using personal vehicle.
- Administer prescribed medications and document care activities accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Candidate must be willing to obtain a Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA license through our training program.
- Valid Driverâs License and current auto insurance required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
