Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain clean client environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Monitor vital signs and document changes in client condition
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Qualifications
- Active Texas HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home healthcare experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
