Responsibilities
- Delight clients with personalized assistance in daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises
- Manage medication reminders as per care plans
- Maintain clean and safe home environments
- Communicate effectively with families and care coordinators
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
