Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals as per care plans
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health or personal care experience
- Current Michigan CNA certification or HHA certificate
