Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer prescribed medications accurately
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinicians
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Document care activities in client records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Empathy and patience working with elderly clients
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with assistance
