Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Light housekeeping tasks and errand services for clients
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and maintain client confidentiality
- Communicate client needs and changes to clinical team
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor with patience and empathy
