Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Administer medications and monitor patient compliance as directed.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient health or behavior to the Care Manager.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current, valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
