Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary intake
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain clean living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Document client care activities and health observations accurately
- Follow care plans and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility
- Basic computer skills for documentation
