Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
