Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status
- Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform light housekeeping
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for elderly/disabled clients
- Reliable transportation to client locations throughout Jacksonville
- No prior healthcare experience required (training provided)
