Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations using our digital health platform
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with prescribed dietary plans
- Administer medications under RN supervision using provided medication management tools
- Operate specialized medical equipment (provided) including mobility aids and monitoring devices
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments with supplied hygiene products
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
Qualifications
- Current California HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home health or hospice experience
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper body mechanics
- Clear TB test and physical examination (provided)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (training provided)
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
