Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance to seniors, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients adhere to dietary restrictions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure client well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's health or behavior to the supervisor.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks in the client's home.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
