Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinators
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and document care logs
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote emotional wellbeing
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment
- Communicate effectively with family members and care team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience with elderly/disabled populations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Nevada caregiver license preferred
