Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needsAdminister medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor and patience with seniors
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
