Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer medications accurately per care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Document care activities using our digital platform
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ohio caregiver certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Empathetic communication skills with seniors
