Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to medical professionals
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Implement personalized care plans with clinical oversight
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Reliable transportation to client homes
