Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Companionship and emotional support for clients and their families
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate with healthcare team
- Light housekeeping and errands to ensure client safety
- Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
