Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients
- Administer medications under RN supervision as per protocol
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and infection control standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Follow HIPAA compliance and facility policies at all times
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Ohio CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term care experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
