Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfer of patients
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Support emotional well-being of patients and families
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in state of practice
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license (NY positions require NY license)
