Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient behavior, and medical observations
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration as directed
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
