Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medical procedures and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure patient safety and infection control protocols
- Respond to patient call lights promptly

Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
