Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with minimal patient discomfort
- Process and transport specimens while maintaining chain of custody
- Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
- Provide patient education about procedures

Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Phlebotomy Technician certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification required
