- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws for diverse patient populations
- Process and transport specimens according to CLIA and HIPAA protocols

- Operate automated laboratory equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
- Provide patient education during specimen collection procedures
Qualifications
- Current NYS Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- Expertise in venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen handling
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with diverse populations
