Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections following strict protocols
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Verify patient identity and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Calibrate and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies
- Provide compassionate patient care during specimen collection procedures
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year recent phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent venipuncture skills with proven track record

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
