Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, and specialized blood collection techniques
- Process and transport specimens accurately to laboratory departments
- Verify patient identity and maintain detailed electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA safety protocols
- Provide compassionate patient care during high-volume phlebotomy services
- Calibrate and maintain phlebotomy equipment

Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Phlebotomy Technician certification (PTC) required
