Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical accurately in EMR systems

Qualifications
- Active Kentucky RN license (or compact license with Kentucky endorsement)

- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)
