Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across multiple clinical settings under supervision
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (or eligible)
- BSN degree from accredited nursing program
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or scheduled within 90 days)
- BLS certification from AHA
