Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a compassionate and professional manner
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active North Carolina RN license or eligible
- Recent graduate or less than 1 year experience
- BLS certification (required)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
