Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using standardized triage protocols
- Provide clinical guidance to patients via phone, telehealth, and in-person
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for critical case coordination
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Handle high-pressure situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency highly valued
