- Build strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and academic institutions
- Manage the innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or product development leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strategic planning with futures-thinking methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation projects
