Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement scalable architectures for multi-agent systems capable of handling complex, multi-step tasks with minimal supervision.
- Model Orchestration: Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) with vector databases and external tools to create intelligent, agentic workflows.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to reduce inference costs, latency, and improve the reliability and safety of autonomous agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and AI researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous safety guidelines and ethical standards for AI alignment and bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and systems design.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
