Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and end-to-end development of our flagship 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating advanced machine learning models into core product lines.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quantum computing researchers.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with emerging AI ethical standards.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices within the AI research and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products to market in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
