Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for autonomous systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ethical AI development.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Strong experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning.
