Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art AI models, focusing on LLMs and Multimodal systems for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Ensure scalability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for the AI team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or deep learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong experience with distributed training, model serving (Kubernetes, Triton), and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
