Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems tailored for high-performance AI inference and training.
- Lead the 2026 Tech Stack: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including Agentic Workflows and Next-Gen LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Optimize Model Performance: Collaborate with data scientists to engineer solutions that reduce latency and maximize resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and privacy-preserving machine learning techniques to safeguard sensitive data.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) migrations and ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Deep Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI infrastructure and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Programming Mastery: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Architecture: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS or GCP with a focus on serverless and managed services.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and integrate bleeding-edge AI technologies (e.g., Neural Architecture Search, Edge AI).
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical roadmaps from conception to deployment.
