Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Generative AI evolution through 2026.
- Lead high-level technical planning and architecture for scalable, autonomous AI systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee the research and integration of cutting-edge models (LLMs, Transformers, Multi-modal).
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Drive cross-functional innovation between R&D, Product, and Engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI deployments or defining industry-standard roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Large Language Models.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor high-performance engineering teams.
