Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-level system strategies that align with the company's 2026 vision and long-term goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization for high-volume traffic.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns for the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or software engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in modern cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and API design.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and big data processing pipelines is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
