Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product strategists to translate futuristic concepts into technical specifications.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists on best practices in distributed systems.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI deployment standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, with 5+ years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architecture.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, long-term development cycles.
- Strong background in predictive modeling and data pipeline optimization.
