Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical vision and architecture for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers and backend engineers to deploy scalable neural networks.
- Oversee the integration of edge computing and cloud infrastructure to ensure low-latency performance.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a high-stakes environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Proven track record of designing and shipping complex, large-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies.
