Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including implant placement and orthodontics
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Oversee infection control protocols and sterilization processes
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Coordinate patient flow and chairside efficiency
- Implement practice management software for scheduling and records
- Assist in treatment planning case presentations
Qualifications
- Current Florida Dental Assistant certification (DAEFB or DANB)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general dentistry
- Advanced knowledge of dental materials and equipment
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Experience with digital imaging and practice management software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
